LG Ops · Lofted Goods

Privacy Policy

Effective October 11, 2026

Lofted Goods operates LG Ops as a private workspace for its authorized team. This policy explains how information is handled in LG Ops.

Information we use

We use team members’ sign-in identifiers and email addresses to control access. Team members may enter names, roles, profile details, tasks, resources, product records, photos, print files, costs, and other business information.

When a social account is connected, LG Ops uses the authorized account’s identifiers, profile information, follower and content counts, and available recent-post information, including captions, links, publication dates, views, likes or reactions, and comments counts. The data available depends on the provider and the permissions granted. LG Ops also reads some publicly available profile statistics.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the internal workspace, calculate product costs, coordinate team work, and display social account performance. Account credentials and authorization tokens are handled on the server and are not displayed in dashboard responses.

Access and service providers

Authorized Lofted Goods team members can see shared workspace records and social statistics. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, and access control. Connected social platforms process authorization and API requests under their own policies. We do not sell personal information or use connected account data for advertising.

Storage and retention

Workspace records and saved statistics remain stored while needed for the workspace, unless removed. Removing a connection stops future authorized access, but previously saved statistics may remain until removed by an administrator. Backups and service-provider logs may retain information according to the provider’s settings and retention practices.

Cookies and technical information

Cloudflare Access uses authentication cookies to maintain team sign-in. Cloudflare and connected platforms may process request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to operate and secure their services.

Your choices and requests

You may revoke LG Ops access in the connected platform’s account settings. To request removal of a connection, deletion of saved account data, or correction or deletion of profile information, contact brian@loftedgoods.com. An administrator handles these requests.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the workspace changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to brian@loftedgoods.com.
